If you feel you don't have the space indoors then it gives us the opportunity to go outside. I'm a big advocate of training in the great outdoors especially as we are blessed with such beautiful and diverse surroundings in and around Sidmouth, East Devon, Exeter and Teignbridge.

Living in a picturesque environment on a farm you could also travel to me where I can guarantee you won’t be distracted by passers-by even if we are outside and you can gain confidence training in natural wholesome surroundings.

Training outside during the winter months can help reduce S.A.D. as even performing as little as 20 minutes a day of moderate-intensity exercise can help boost your serotonin and endorphins levels (mood regulating chemicals in the brain).
