In some instances both Nutrition and Lifestyle Analysis are incorporated as one entity but I feel they are 2 subjects which, although compliment each other, are distinctly separate. For example certain individuals diets (nutritional intake) can be very well balanced and may not need altering but that doesn't mean all aspects of your lifestyle are working in harmony with your body's needs.

In addition to the daily exercise we all need, nutrition plays a very important role. With this in mind I can offer nutritional advice to enhance your personal programme.

We're all unique, whether that's our physical outer appearance or our inner body composition. So as well as being shorter, taller, fatter, thinner then your friends and neighbours you're also completely different to each and every one of us on the inside. This means we all have individual dietary requirements and the food we as individuals enjoy also differs from person to person, so with my support and guidance we can identify the positive aspects of your current eating habits and work together to improve those which are detrimental to your maintaining a balanced, nutritious lifestyle whilst still enjoying your favourite foods!

It’s all down to energy balance.

For those of you who like that real personal touch I can even join you on a trip to your local shops so we can choose the contents of your trolley together. Being qualified to provide nutritional advice, I can explain all aspects from E numbers through to scientific sounding ingredients which can just end up confusing us all

And yes you can have your cake and eat it…just in a tad more moderation than the whole of the one below.
